We want you to love your order! If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email us right away so we can help. Customers have 2 days from the delivery date to check their package and let us know about any issues. Please also include your order confirmation number.
After this 2-day window, we’re unfortunately unable to resolve the issue — so please reach out as soon as possible.
Refunds:
All Sales Are Final — we do not accept returns or exchanges. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, or for packages that cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address provided at the time of purchase.
